Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

Company: Chinese Learning Buddy Pte. Ltd.
This Agreement applies only to auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Direct fixed-term memberships purchased through WhatsApp do not auto-renew unless expressly stated and accepted.

1. Subscription and Billing

The available billing period, price and any trial or introductory offer are displayed by the relevant app store before you confirm purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple or Google account.

2. Automatic Renewal

An auto-renewing subscription continues for the next billing period unless it is cancelled before the renewal time shown by the relevant platform. Renewal charges, authorisation timing and price-change notices are governed by the platform’s current terms.

3. How to Cancel

Apple

  1. Open Settings on your Apple device.
  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Chinese Learning Buddy and choose Cancel Subscription.

Google Play

  1. Open Google Play and go to Payments & subscriptions.
  2. Select Subscriptions, then Chinese Learning Buddy.
  3. Choose Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless the platform states otherwise, access normally continues until the end of the already-paid period. Deleting the App or deleting a CLB account does not by itself cancel an app-store subscription.

5. Refunds and Price Changes

Refund eligibility and price changes are handled under Apple or Google policies. Contact the relevant platform for a platform purchase, or contact us if you need help locating the subscription.
